‘Tis the season to be canning! Every Friday this Fall, we will try to can or preserve something different. Because many hands make light work, we invite those interested to join us for an informal hands-on canning experience in our commercial kitchen, where everyone will work and learn together. What we make will depend on what local produce we have in overabundance!
We will be canning between 11am and 3pm at 360 Duncan Street. It is free to attend, and you will be able to take a jar home with you. These are offered to a Maximum of 5 people at a time, so claim your spot now!
