Valley Cider Company

Valley Cider is committed to exploring the versatility of apples in drink, as reflected by our local bounty of fruit botanicals, herbs, and foraged flavours. Our 27-acre farm produces apples, hops, grapes, berries, grand fir tips, and as many other influences in our ciders as we manage to forage or grow. From purely Bon-Dry cider to our dark fruit Cider Noir to our fully-local Community In-Cider produces in conjunction with the CGC; there's something for every taste and interest. We also have inventively-flavoured low-sugar craft soda.
