Farming Connections is a new initiative of the Cowichan Green Community in partnership with the Government of Canada which focuses on bringing farmers out of the isolating lifestyle that farming creates. Our goal is to engage ageing farmers by holding a series of six workshops coming in the fall of 2018. These workshops will cover a variety of topics of interest to ageing farmers. The topics of these workshops will be chosen by you! Please take the time to complete our online survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/9BTRDH9. Workshop topics, dates and times will be announced in July. Contact us with any questions or input at info@cowichangreencommunity.org.
