Did you know that a quarter of our garbage is composed of food waste in the Cowichan region? As a food security measure, a need was seen to redistribute this food to people that could benefit most from it. Join us at this years AGM to get an update on the accomplishments and hurdles that the team have faced thus far!

For more information about the Food Recovery program and the interns, please visit: https://cowichangreencommunity.org/project/food-recovery-project/

This is a free event; however, donations will be warmly received.  Please do come with a local food potluck item to contribute to the potluck, and we hope to see you there!AGM 2018 Poster
