Hosted by Ceres Edible Landscaping. Come discover the exciting world of Perennial Vegetables with Horticulturist Cyle Serra. He will take you on a trip around the world highlighting beautiful edible perennials that have been consumed by native populations. Going well beyond Asparagus and Artichokes, you will learn about colorful tuberous vegetables from the Andes, common garden ornamentals that are actually delicacies in some parts of the world and native plants that we can introduce to our garden and harvest annually.
