Learn how to gather, process, and save native wildflower seeds!

Come out and learn the basics of gathering, processing, and drying seeds, as a part of our ongoing meadow-making efforts at the Resiliency Project! This fall, we are launching a new initiative in Cairnsmore to encourage residents to plant native wildflower species in their yards and gardens. At this workshop, you will learn about growing native plants, ecological gardening, and how to get involved in this local effort to increase the biodiversity in our schools, parks, yards, and shared green spaces. You will leave the workshop with a collection of native wildflower seeds to bring home with you from the community native seed bank.

Workshop by Donation, nobody turned away for lack of funds.
