Food Security Consultation

Collectively, CGC’s staff have over 5 decades of expertise in a variety of areas. Demand for sharing our knowledge has expanded and as a result we offer consulting and facilitating services. Some of the ways in which we have supported other organizations have included:

  • Workshop facilitation for Vancouver Island University’s Campus Food Movement in Nanaimo. Through the sessions and support provided, CGC helped to develop their Food Strategy, including setting their Mission, Vision, and Guiding Principles.
  • An information session for The Sooke Region Food Chi Society on CGC’s successes and challenges to support their food movement and to increase their agricultural support networks.

Members of the CGC staff are available to help your organization as well.
Our workshops rates start at $500 per half day session. More information about billing can be directed to info@cowichangreencommunity.org.
