In our own words...

We grow 20+ varieties of chili pepper and produce a range of fresh products - hummus, salsa, pesto as well as preserves, hot sauces, mustards, sambal, BBQ sauce, chutney, pickles, horseradish and jelly -- all with varying degrees of spice.

Since 2018 we are also producing a new line of delicious freeze dried meals and snacks - West Coast Kitchen - great for hiking, camping or any outdoor adventure as well as your 72 hour emergency kit. Recipes include our famous butter chicken and hummus and authentic Persian Rice dishes all prepared at our farm kitchen.
