In our own words...

Pasture raised lamb, grazed through the summer months on irrigated pasture, this ensures that the ratio of omega-3 oils within the meat is far superior to that of lambs fed on grain. Free range Berkshire pigs, range feeding on grasses, roots and grubs. Each day they are fed fresh vegetables and ground legumes and non GMO grains. Organically fed chicken, also free to range feed on grasses and grubs.
