Every family deserves
support from the start.

Raising awareness and deliver direct nutritional
support where it’s needed most.

Pregnancy Food Connections ensures that no expecting parent in the Cowichan Region faces this journey alone. Supports pregnant individuals facing financial or food insecurity with consistent access to nutrient-dense foods, nutrition education, and connections to health and community services.

In response to local health needs, practitioners, advocates, and neighbours come together to raise awareness and deliver direct nutritional support where it’s needed most.

Today, the program continues to thrive as a collaborative effort, supported by a strong network of partners including:

  • Cowichan Green Community
  • Margaret Moss Health Centre
  • Healthiest Babies Possible
  • Cowichan Food Security Coalition
  • Farmer Bens Eggs
  • The Duncan Rotary Club
