It’s that time of year when our Garden Pantry Thrift Store is looking a bit bare.
As gardeners and farmers get prepared for this spring growing season, many have been coming in looking for hand tools, rakes, hoes, shovels, hoses, etc. etc. to get their beds ready for planting. If you have any extras you’re no longer using but are still in good shape, please consider finding them a new home by donating them to the store. We’ll be happy to make sure they get reused while all proceeds help support CGC’s projects.
Other items we accept in the store include kitchen equipment such as pots, pans, utensils, small appliances, canning and other food preservation tools as well as gardening or cook books.
Not to mention you’ll want to come and check out the leftover seeds we’ll be getting from the Duncan Seedy Sunday seed exchange on Sunday, March 8th!
